J’S Performance may sound like a new name in the parts business, but I’m no stranger to the industry. Growing up watching my dad, grandfather, and uncle build cars when the “import” scene was just taking off. I remember being in middle school when my dad would pick me up and thinking I was the cool kid watching everyone else go crazy over the look of a lowered car on flashy wheels and decals all over it. That was the first thing to really spark my interest. Then watching my dad start his own parts business and attending shows all over Florida really sealed the deal for me. Since then, I always focused on studying every Super Street or Import Tuner magazine to come out and see what the new and upcoming parts and innovations were. I was like an open catalog whenever someone mentioned wanting to do something to their vehicle, I could immediately tell them what company made a specific part and its benefits. Since working in dealerships since I was 18, I always wanted to do something more in the performance world of cars but I just didn’t know what. After a while a thought came to my mind about starting a business doing what I know best, parts. But I backed out of the idea a few times with the mind set of failing. In March of 2021 I put the fear behind me, and J’S Performance Parts & Accessories came to life. Since then, I have worked to grow relationships with some of the biggest brands and businesses in the world to make sure I can accommodate each and every customer with anything they need. Since opening I have grown from being an authorized dealer for a handful of performance brands to having a complete brand listing. Also going from a one-man operation to adding a remote sales representative to make sure we get our customers taken care of even faster. I pride myself on customer service and work ethic and always will. Everything I have goes into my small business and I appreciate all the support we have received thus far.
